Eyre Square Hotel

I found the ladies at front of house (at the Reception Desk) were very very pleasant and helpful at all times and would cheer you up as you come through the front house. Nothing was a problem. We enjoyed a lovely Coffee at the Coffee Dock adjacent to hotel receptionist and it was a lovely homely spot for a break.

Like I said in an email to the hotel what an amazing stay we had We were a group of six ages from 83 to 23 and we all had a super stay The staff were so kind and friendly all of them and the rooms were beyond comfortable and clean The price for a Sunday night was unreal and such value We had lunch in the restaurant and that was absolutely delicious and for the amount of good quality food was very good value Looking forward to a weekend again with friends Highly recommend your ideally located hotel Thank you !

The bed was extremely comfortable, as well as a very convenient location in town right across from lovely pubs and centrally located just a 3 minute walk to all the stores! The breakfast was lovely as well! Staff were extremely nice and helpful.

From start to finish we were exceptionally well looked after and cared for.....made feel so welcomed. A home away from home. When we got back to the hotel after our night on the town to the residents bar, the very nice night porter informed us the lift was out of action. He was doing his best to rectify this . For 3 of us this was fine but 1 of us(my mother 75) has minor mobility issues but was happy enough to use the stairs as we were staying on the first floor above reception and the restrooms were one floor below so was OK to have to use the stairs....it wasn't anyone's fault the lift wasn't working. Fast forward to the end of the night the porter had finally got the lift to work, which was great. His lovely colleague Danielle because of our understanding especially with my mother treated us to some well appreciated sandwiches, pickels & crisps hand delivered to our room. To me this was well beyond her duties but showed what EXCEPTIONALLY BRILLIANT customer service at the Eyre Square Hotel. Well done all, will definitely be back and most definitely will be singing your praises and HIGHLY RECOMMENDING the Eyre Square Hotel to everyone we can. Thank you for a wonderful stay .

Location of this hotel is truly excellent--less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is modern and clean and the facilities are in great shape. The staff was super friendly, which we always love. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was hot with great water pressure. The only thing you may wish to consider is that our room faced front, towards the street. The area is bustling and it was noisy at night--BUT--we had a fan in our room and we simply turned it on and the white noise was enough to drown out any outside noise and we slept so well!! We could not have been happier!
